WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
FROM a (very) small-town upbringing to an international career as an educator, speaker, and coach, Lynsy's journey has been anything but ordinary—or easy. Navigating the halls of a high school with just 70 students was hardly preparation for becoming a first-generation college graduate, let alone tackling grad school and the challenges beyond. But Lynsy quickly mastered the art of learning from life's twists and turns, adapting and persevering at every step. Grateful for the highs, lows, and every loop in between, she credits these experiences with guiding her toward her true purpose—and she's been living it ever since.
FROM a young age, Lynsy’s ambitions were anything but small. Whether it was launching a (surprisingly promising) rock-selling business, setting speed records on her dad’s riding lawn mower, or running for president of every club her small high school offered, she threw herself into every venture with full enthusiasm. While some pursuits were more successful than others, one thing was clear: Lynsy was always all-in.
AS time passed, Lynsy’s ambitious spirit remained strong, though her goals grew less defined. As a first-generation college student, she dreamed of doing something “big” with her life but struggled to pinpoint exactly what that meant. It wasn’t until after graduating, working her first “real” job, and volunteering for her sorority that clarity struck. The coaching conversations she shared with undergraduate women in her chapter sparked something profound. Lynsy realized that her true calling lay in leadership coaching and education—a path that suddenly felt both natural and inevitable.
SINCE earning her master’s degree in Educational Policy and Leadership, Lynsy has built a career rooted in leadership education. From working on a college campus to serving at a fraternity headquarters and now at instructing the volunteer leaders of an international non-profit, her journey has spanned diverse organizations and audiences. Along the way, Lynsy identified universal trends—both inspiring and challenging—that transcend demographics. These insights now form the foundation of the impactful messages she shares with audiences worldwide.
THROUGH these experiences and more, Lynsy has shared her expertise with audiences in 35 states, 4 countries, and on over 50 campuses (and counting). Her powerful messages—on intentional leadership, evolving through options, and living with purpose—have resonated with more than 10,000 people so far. And now, she’s ready to share them with you!
