WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

FROM (very) small town girl to international educator, speaker, and coach, Lynsy has never claimed her path to be easy.  Navigating the halls of her 70 student high school scarcely prepared her to be a first-generation college student, for grad school, or for life beyond.  Luckily Lynsy became adept to learning from all of life's experiences at an early age which allowed her to adapt and persevere.  She's grateful for all of life's hills and hollers, twists, turns, and loops for without them she wouldn't have discovered and began living her life's purpose.

AT a young age Lynsy had big ambitions.  These ambitions ranged from starting a successful rock selling venture, to completing the fastest yard circuit on her Dad's riding lawn mower, to being the President of every single club her tiny high school offered.  Some of these initiatives were more successful than others, but regardless Lynsy was an all-in sort of kid.

TIME passed and Lynsy's ambitious heart never faltered, but her goals did become a bit nebulous.  As a first-generation college student, she knew she wanted to do something "big" with her life, but struggled to determine what that looked like.  It wasn't until after she had graduated from college, was working her first "real" job, and had begun volunteering for her sorority that it finally hit her.  The coaching conversations that she was having with the undergraduate women of her chapter had a profound impact on the direction of Lynsy's life.  She quickly realized that leadership coaching and education was the path she needed to take.

SINCE earning her masters in Educational Policy and Leadership, Lynsy has worked on a college campus, for a fraternity headquarters, and at the headquarters for an international non-profit organization all while keeping leadership education at her core.  In working with a variety of organizations and leaders she began recognizing some undeniable trends regardless of the demographic.  These trends, both positive and negative, have informed the messages she now shares across the globe.

THROUGH these experiences and more, Lynsy has spoken to people in 25 states and has led programs on over 40 campuses to date.  Her messages of intentional leadership, evolving through options, living with purpose and more have touched over 7,000 people so far.  She hopes to be able to share her message with YOU next!
